Hey there! I’m Dani :)

Thanks for visiting! This is where I’ll be sharing the work I’m creating from my home studio in Torrensville, SA.

I’m currently making bright, colourful pots using the nerikomi technique, where patterns are built right into the clay rather than painted onto the surface. By layering and slicing coloured clay, I create pieces with patterns that are bold, playful, repetitive and sometimes completely unexpected. It’s a fun process that lets me carefully plan a design or embrace spontaneity, so every pot is unique.

After more than eight years teaching pottery and building community through clay, it feels really exciting to be creating and sharing a collection of my own. They’re everyday pots with a little extra colour, pattern and personality!
